Medrock was quick to contact me for my payment following my MD appointment. I got the meds a few days later with very good instructions on how to use it. I feel like they were very available to respond to questions. Smooth sailing !

I’ve just got the prescribed drug desoximetasone, ointment 60 g, the price $45, expires February, 2026. I can use it only two months Be careful and attentive, I hope money will be returned Also I must admit that for a medical business it is impossible to do business like that!!

I ordered my medication a month in advance to arrive on a specific date. Without constant calls and emails (which I appreciate!), the medication arrived exactly as I had ordered on the selected date. Thank you for your amazing assistance and service!

I have been trying to get my prescription from this pharmacy and have been hung up on three times after waiting 10 minutes plus each time. Long distance pharmacies don’t work unless they work and this one seems stuck or something. Also, I should mention they were supposed to call me with the prescription (via Advanced Dermatology) and then mail it to me immediately so that it would all be very easy for me, the customer, however they never did and so now I am calling them trying to get something that was supposed to be easy.

Paid for an order for my daughter on 1/16. Got paid invoice same day. Called 2/3 as nothing received and they somehow took the $ and order but never moved it along to be fulfilled. Also they don’t take RX insurance. Our dermatologist is large reputable operation but they must be getting kick backs to refer a company this bad at what they do. At one point I thought I got scammed bc the invoice says LF instead of FL for their address… get it together guys, why would people trust the medicine you provide when you are this unprofessional. I did have a very helpful phone rep when I called in but that doesn’t make up for my daughter not having the medicine she needed timely.
