Music City Pharmacy & Compounding

Music City Pharmacy is by far my go-to pharmacy. The staff are not only genuinely kind but also consistently helpful and welcoming to me and my family every time we visit. I especially appreciate how easy it is to text for prescription updates—they’re always quick to respond. Nashville could use more businesses run with this level of care and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

I have never been so satisfied with a pharmacy. They are always so nice and treated me with kindness everytime that I came. If it weren’t for me moving I would never stop showing up every month! Would definitely recommend making them your top pharmacy to use in the Nashville area!!

This was by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to! I found them out of luck that they took my insurance and were right next door to my apartment. I had 3 prescriptions sent in yesterday and it was ready to be picked up the same day! They were diligent and fast, and made an effort to call me back the moment they had it done! So grateful to have found them.

I don’t tend to write reviews but I really felt the need to compliment them. Music City Pharmacy is exceptional. They make you feel welcomed and valued and it’s not because it’s Doing Business 101 but because that’s who they are. Extremely kind people with extensive knowledge and expertise. They went out of the way and literally worked all day on my sister’s pets’ medications. The pharmacist was profusely apologetic because he tried to make it as palatable as possible using flavoring for her pets but it’s impossible to remove the bitterness out of it. They stayed well past closing hours to have the medication ready for me to take home instead of just sending me away to pick up the next day. I didn’t mind waiting at all because I knew they were working hard on it and they were apologizing for making me wait too. They put their clients first and it’s becoming harder to find that level of dedication, care and genuine kindness nowadays, whether personally or professionally. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for them and I can’t speak highly enough of them. I can attest to everyone else’s reviews here about their level of service and care they put into what they do. I highly recommend using them for your medication needs. They have countless 5-star reviews here for a reason!
