I went to see Dr. Sarah Trahan with a shoulder/back problem that I had been dealing with for about a year. I was taking painkillers constantly and sleep was a problem. I had tried physio, muscle relaxants, Chiropractor, acupuncture, dry needling and numerous other treatments but none of them worked at all. After a thorough assessment we decided to go ahead with a number of shots into the region that was bothering me. It was a combination of a couple of drugs which I forget the name of. Within a couple of days the pain was gone and has been that way for the past 6 weeks. I've has a couple of twinges but they've resolved themselves and I continue to do the physio exercises she gave me. She followed up with a couple of phone calls to see how I was doing. Overall excellent treatment and care

I have chronic pain on my upper shoulders and neck for many years. I went to Neil Riordan Center for Regenerative Medicine because I want to see if there is an innovative solution for my pain besides taking pain medication. I saw Dr. Mareshah Dunning and she took an intuitive approach toward treatment and patient care. Dr. Dunning was genuine and respectful with my issues and went above and beyond to help me find the root cause of my pain. Dr. Dunning immediately requested blood tests and MRI that gave me the big picture of my chronic pain. Dr. Dunning found thyroid issues and decompress cervical disc. She ordered physical therapy for the 1st step into treating my pains and some additional steps in the treatment plans. Dr. Dunning is a skilled physician and I’m very thankful to have her as my doctor. I give Dr. Dunning 10 stars!!

I came to Sonoran University with a severe case of plantar fasciitis. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Gerais assist me with the issue I was experiencing. She was extremely thorough and had a very friendly and positive manner about her. She and her staff always made me feel welcome and were very attentive to my needs. I would recommend Dr. Gerais and Sonoran University to anyone seeking relief for their painful medical conditions. I’ve never had an experience comparable to this with any other physician or their staff.

I saw Dr. Dunning both times I came in. I chose to have a student preceptor visit. At my first appointment I had severe headaches and neck aches from severe arthritis of the spine. I received trigger point injections and cupping which relieved my pain significantly. The evaluation was extremely thorough as was the exam. My initial exam was about 2.5 hours long and both the students and Dr. Dunning examined me. At the next visit examination was done and because I was much improved no additional therapies were given although I was told I could follow up at any point for additional treatment. I kept a food and exercise diet that was reviewed at that visit as well. I really couldn’t have asked for better care.
