It is truly unfortunate that recently my prescription pick up involved a new staff member by the name of Karina and she was both rude as well as unprofessional towards me. I’ll leave it at that, but it was not something I care to ever repeat again and this woman should not be dealing with the public. This Pharmacy see has always been great and the owner a special nice guy. I recently had to have a prescription filled on the weekend due to an emergency and they were very accommodating. The staff are caring and the atmosphere very pleasant.

Having had experiences at various pharmacies over the years, I can confidently say that Dr. Brian Lynn, his wonderful wife Frances, and their amazing team are a true delight. They have assisted me during some of the most vulnerable times when I needed to visit a pharmacy. If you haven't visited this pharmacy yet, do yourself a favor and go. Not only are they incredible to work with, but they also offer a fantastic selection of gift items. It's more than just a pharmacy—it's a place filled with beautiful people.

Exceptional customer service. They deliver my refill prescriptions on time so I never run out. All the girls are very nice, Brian too. He's very knowledgeable and communicates very clearly to me in regards to any new prescriptions I may have. If I need a new prescription for any of my refills he contacts my doctor for me and gets it so I don't have to bother making phone calls which is a major PLUS for me because I'm a very busy man.They are a very well rounded pharmacy focused on customer service. I would rate them 10 stars if I could. SWITCHING TO NEWPORT COAST PHARMACY IS THE BEST DECISION I MADE FOR MY HEALTH.

Terrible pharmacy! I was extremely disappointed. The pharmacist was dismissive and did not show any interest at all with resolving my prescription issue. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for reliable service. Better go to CVS or Walgreens.

I have been a customer/patient of Newport Coast Pharmacy for over 15 years. Why? Even after I moved 25 miles away, NCP and Dr. Lin are still my home pharmacy. I have more injuries than the normal 40 year old male. I have three young children. Newport Coast, and their very well trained staff are always helpful; and they never take your business for granted. They constantly try and find ways to help me save money. They are knowledgeable, and honest... Never pushing a product unless there is a benefit to either myself, or my family. In this world, that is halfway crazy, it is very nice to not have to worry about medical/medication issues. I trust Dr. Lin, Miranda, and the rest of the talented staff completely. Why would ANYBODY choose to go to a large chain pharmacy??? Maybe it doesn’t matter to some people, but it eases my mind knowing that the people who look after the well-being of my family, are such awesome human beings. Do yourself a favor... Make Newport Coast Pharmacy your new “Home Pharmacy,” you will be happier with your move to your NEW HOME PHARMACY, at Newport Coast.
