Olive Tree Compounding Pharmacy

Olive Tree Compounding Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. Their customer service is unmatched—every single staff member is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the people they help. They don’t rush you, they listen, and they always go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need. The quality of their compounded medications is excellent, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve responded quickly and with real compassion. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that feels this personal and trustworthy. I’m so grateful to have found Olive Tree. If you want a pharmacy that treats you like a person, not a number, and provides top-tier service and products, I highly recommend them. They truly set the standard.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews, they are all from people who did not get their way and misunderstand how compounding pharmacies work… Olive Tree is great and has always accommodated to my needs. The staff is very helpful and nice. It is a shame that people are so negative in these reviews just because of their inconsideration to healthcare workers. 10/10 Recommend this pharmacy!!!

This place seems like they still have some systems to work on. 10am - I call ahead to see if they can fill the prescription 1130am - drop off doctors prescription and pay 4pm - They call me asking if I still want the prescription and if I can pay. I explain I dropped it off in the morning and already payed. 4:30pm - they call me back saying they cannot fill the prescription because theirs expired 10 days prior. 5:00pm - I pick the prescription paper back up as well as a refund so I can go elsewhere. This was on a Friday and I didn’t have enough time to go to another compounding pharmacy. All compounding pharmacies were closed over the weekend. I ended up going to Menaul, on Monday and was in and out in 15 minutes. I hope Olive Tree can improve.

There has been a lot of staff turnover. The customer service has not been great and the staff needs more training. I have experienced multiple mistakes with my prescriptions and pricing. The website indicates insurance reimbursement option, but will not provide certain. Information to the insurance companies for reimbursement. Therefore, I’m unable to submit their reimbursement form to my Insurance company.
