Paramount Pharmacy

So easy to deal with, what an amazing experience. Almost all my experiences with the big local pharmacy chains have been awful. Paramount is a breath of fresh air. They text me to confirm details, know who I am, and are fast and easy to deal with. Possibly the only pharmacy left in town that treats their customers well. I am so happy my doctor sent me here. Absolutely fabulous!

As a physician, I have used many, many compounding pharmacies over the past 30 years & Paramount has provided the most exemplary customer service by far. They are efficient, responsive, quality focussed and pay keen attention to the details. Thank-you Brandon and staff for making my transactions & those with my patients, flow so smoothly.

Easy and quick and when you call, you get a live person (who is also friendly). Everytime my Dr. calls meds in, I receive within that same week (usually within a few days).

This place is weird. They sold me recalled thyroid medication. I of course had my prescriptions transferred immediately. Paramount was uncooperative with the new pharmacy, first refusing to transfer the prescriptions, then making the new pharmacy fax a formal statement requesting the transfer. Then the pharmacist called me. He made me state verbally that I wanted the prescriptions transferred. Then he asked me why, made some weird statements, and wanted me to bring him the recalled medication. I had to hang up on him at that point. This place is just really weird.

They have been fabulous each and every time I have had to interact with them. Absolutely fabulously.
