Pavilion Compounding Pharmacy, LLC

Haven't had a great experience from the beginning. Their communication amongst this place is atrocious. The first time I got my prescription filled at this pharmacy they were polite and said they could ship my medications to me, I asked if their was a charge for shipping, the clerk told me there wasn't. When I got my package I learned that there was in fact a charge for shipping. No big deal, I took the loss because shipping is pricey. My second situation: I refilled my prescription online. I only needed one of the two medications. When they called me back to let me know it was ready they informed me they refilled both. I honestly didnt need the second but I sucked it up and got it anyways. My third situation: I decided to call in my prescription this time so there wasn't a mix up. After my first two situations I made sure to confirm that: A. There's a charge for shipping B. There's only one medication being filled C. I cannot pick up so I need it shipped I get a call the next day and no voice mail was left so I thought it was a confirmation that it was sent. [I actually missed their second attempt call and didnt get back to them until 3 days later which is MY fault]. When I called back they told me that my prescription is ready but they're contacting me to see if I wanted it shipped. I said "yes. I need it shipped" they said "ok we'll ship out Mon" and I said "ok cool" even tho I was greatly frustrated with the situation I dealt with it. Fast forward to Monday: I CHECKED MY PHONE AND GOT A CALL AND A VOICEMAIL WITH THEM ASKING ME AGAIN IF I WANTED MY MEDICINE SHIPPED!!!! How many times do I need to confirm that? Ive been getting my meds from them for the past 6months and never had this issue before. I cant always get to my phone to answer cause I work a job that keeps me unavailable to my phone calls. Needless to say I am highly upset with this situation. Its 2 days before Christmas [which we all know this causes shipping delays] and I am out of my medication so I will probably have to skip an entire week of it until this is all sorted out. I will be speaking with a manager and I will be asking my doctor for other options for pharmacy providers.

The peptides I've received seem to be good quality, but the service is abysmal. Best to request refills multiple weeks in advance, because their fill rate is very slow. I called to check on the status of my order that I called in a week ago and the person answering the phone was very rude and dismissive, and never did answer my questions. I'm going to suggest my doctor use a different compounding pharmacy. Given that I pay $138 for a month's worth of EACH peptide I'm prescribed (3 peptides totalling $414 per month) I'd expect a bit better service. This has happened two months in a row, so not a one off.

My favorite pharmacy!!! I've been coming here for about 2 years and literally can't go to any other. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, always making sure I'm aware of everything, and not hard to speak with. I especially love one of the techs, Lou, for being so friendly and welcoming anytime I go to pick up my prescriptions. He's always looking out for me at the door and makes sure I'm not waiting at door unattended, even when they are really busy. Brad's great too, he's one of the pharmacists and is very knowledgable about my prescriptions and fun to talk to. I've gotten closer to the staff over the past few years so they really make me feel like family (especially Lou, he feels like a little brother to me at this point) and never give me any trouble when trying to get my medications. I've been to a lot of pharmacies, and this one definitely stands out from the others!

Pharmacists were very helpful and were able to rush my pet’s medication that he needed for pain. They stayed late on a Friday for me to pick it up. Thank you Pavilion!

I have been using this pharmacy for 15 years. Always great service. Pharmacist Eli is always so helpful .
