I cannot say enough good things about Pearl Women’s Center and the care I’ve received here. Before finding this clinic, my hormone care was completely fragmented. I was driving four hours for one hormone and working with a telehealth provider for another. It was exhausting, inefficient, and frankly unsustainable. Having all of my hormone care thoughtfully consolidated in one place has been life-changing. I see Annalisa Schallerer, WHNP-BC, and she is exceptional. She is thorough, deeply knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely compassionate. She has an impressive grasp of hormone care and takes the time to explain options, listen carefully, and treat me like a whole person rather than a checklist. I never feel rushed, dismissed, or talked down to. As a woman seeking perimenopause care, I’ve had prior experiences where providers either shut me down or clearly didn’t have the depth of knowledge needed to treat me well. That has never once been the case here. At Pearl Women’s Center, I have never felt like I had to fight or advocate just to feel better. The care is proactive, informed, and collaborative. I also want to specifically mention the front desk staff. They are kind, engaging, and genuinely funny in a way that immediately puts you at ease. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with warmth and respect, which makes a huge difference when navigating healthcare.

Dr. Rosenfield is a wonderful doctor. My surgery there went very well, he has great attention to detail. Everyone I encountered along the way, from booking my first appointment to the last post-op meeting, was respectful, professional and kind. I would certainly recommend Pearl Women's Center.

Thank you Dr. Rosenfield. You removed the terrible pain I have been fighting for 30 years. I am 2 weeks out and feel better than I have in years. My incisions are beautiful. I can tell they will barely be visible, even the “bigger” one. This is one of the best places to go in Oregon if you suspect you have endometriosis. Even when I got super upset in his office about my diagnosis, he stuck with me and educated me, until I felt good about the situation. He took my calls on his cell phone on his day off, when I had a minor complication. This is a doctor who will fight for your best outcome and life. His team of lady nurses are busy but awesome. I only wish I’d sought care from this clinic sooner it would have saved me a lot of suffering. Update: 3 months out my incisions are beautiful and I don’t feel any pain from surgery, not a thing.

Dr. Rosenfield and his entire team were very supportive and made me feel heard regarding women’s healthcare. Their followups after surgery was excellent, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. The doctors listen to your needs and took my concerns seriously. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing. A little backstory, I've been dealing with feeling uncomfortable and I went to a different doctor office over a year ago and was basically told that if I lost some weight that I would feel better, after losing over forty Pounds and not feeling any better but even worse and mentally exhausted from it all that i started looking into other places for a second opinion and chose Pearl women center. From the start I felt heard and not in any way shrugged off, dr.Rosenfield did a full and thorough check up and I felt so relieved when he was able to say/found the problem and I felt like I wasn't going crazy. We went with surgery which I had yesterday but couldn't wait to do a review and I'm looking forward to finally feeling normal again. Dr.Rosenfield is amazing, Kristen mauer is amazing. I felt like there was always someone to talk to that even if they couldn't talk to me when I had a question his assistant would reach out to me. I can't get over how kind everyone is here, how kind everyone was at the surgery center and I will recommend anyone who needs these services.
