Pharmacy Specialists

I really love this pharmacy. They are very efficient and responsive. However, I recently went there to pick up an RX and was overwhelmed by the smell of the cleaning product. It affected me for a while after I left. I know I will be fine because I only have to be in there a few minutes, but I wonder about the impact on the staff who have to breathe that for 8 hours a day. I only want to post this long enough for them to see it, and as soon as they respond that they have, I will take it down. You obviously care deeply about people's health so please consider this as another form of healing. Thank you!

****HIGHLY RECOMMEND**** I have always been pleased with Pharmacy Specialist over the decades I've been lucky enough to have a team that cares about me and my health. They go above and beyond to make sure my needs my questions and my concerns are always taken care of the staff is friendly. And incredibly knowledgeable, I've never found a pharmacy with more knowledge, then Pharmacy Specialist Both the team in the back and the front worked together cohesively. Sometimes it can get a little crazy when it gets busy. But I get it, and I truly do appreciate every single thing everyone does there in that office. I’ve always been happy with this pharmacy’s medication quality and delivery. But when I called about an online payment issue, the staff member was unfortunately very rude and kept cutting me off. So while their service is good in terms of products and delivery, the customer service definitely needs some improvement.

Great staff- really friendly, they’re quick to get answers to questions. Nicki at the front is amazing- she always remembers my name and is so knowledgeable. 10/10

I have been getting body identical hormones from Pharmacy Specialist for 25 years. They have been so consistent and their customer service is impeccable. I will never switch. I live in South Florida and it is worth having my product shipped to me.
