Physicians Compounding Pharmacy

Products seem good.The mail service they use is absolutely terrible!! The quickest service is a 7 day delivery. And that’s an extra cost!! Please plan your refills accordingly if using the mail delivery.

It was all good till we dropped off my eye serum three days before it was expired. But, because they wanted to wait three days to make more serum tears for me and charge the extra fee to have my blood drawn again, I ( thanks to being a cancer patient on disability and a limited income can't afford right now) am not going to have them for awhile. Apparently greed comes first!!!!!

So far my experience has been terrible. Twice they have told me they are sending my medication. Still haven’t received it. Been 3 weeks. This second time it got dropped off at the wrong condo. Not my fault. As someone with mobility issues I’m supposed to go looking for it? Good luck getting. Your prescription.

Great service, friendly people, quality prescriptions. I have contacted this company a few times and they are always friendly and professional. They provide a service that helps for those of us that have insurance that will not cover a prescription and if I were to pay for the original it would be over $500 but they charge under $200 for a comparable product. So happy that they can help me and others.

Karen Raehtz – MS, RPh; owner and founder of Physicians Compound Pharmacy is wonderful. She's been kind, generous, patient, and supportive in helping me deal with a very complex recent illness and all the compounds I'm needing. I've been with the pharmacy almost as long as it's been open, and not only are the compounds impeccable and excellent at the highest standard in quality, the staff I work with is professional and understanding. I'm struggling with a rare disease that's difficult to manage and without this group I don't know what I'd do. While I sort out the types of treatment that will work for me, having them standing in my corner means more than I can say. They are wonderful! 9.1.2023 - More: If I could, I'd do another review in glowing terms to acknowledge once again Karen Raehtz, Kathy, Gina, Amy and the crew for their incredible thoughtfulness and sensitivity to the my struggles.
