Polaris pharmacy is by far the worst customer service I have ever been involved with. If you get a person to speak to the initial contact is friendly. The person they transfer you to will not help, will not answer questions and will not call you back. Trying to resolve billing issues for my parents, one parent that was deceased 4 months before Polaris was pharmacy but they are continuing to bill him anyway. Last email I received said “ I will check with my managers and call you back after Memorial Day “. That was 9 months ago with repeated emails and calls since. The online thing you receive in a timely manner is the incorrect bills! If your loved ones facility is thinking of using Polaris , I highly recommend that you protest.

some of the workers are rude and unprofessional. they make make you feel like you are thoroughly interrupting their day, when you are just trying to do your job. I am a nurse and have had no problems with johnsons up to this point with multiple facilities. You should really try to be professional with everyone you speak with, and I know that is challenging sometimes. but I will be sharing my experience with my boss, and will be contacting corporate about what was heard in the background of the phone call. overall though not a bad pharmacy to deal with, they are prompt on returning phone calls when needed, and 9/10 my medication I need is present.

Wanted to share the experience of using Johnson's Pharmacy for our patients' mail order pharmaceutical prescriptions. Our clinic previously had used another pharmacy prior for mail orders and noted extremely poor service and this is when we started using Johnson's Pharmacy. It is a relief to have such great service from Johnson's. We give the best patient care and with prescriptions being sent on-time to the patient homes; this gives our patients the best possible outcomes in healing. Thanks Matt and Mike for being a part of our patient healing and satisfaction.

Johnson’s Pharmacy has given me great customer service. I recently had a major medical event and they were great! I had gone to a different pharmacy in the area to be told there was a shortage of one of my medications. After waiting for days to get the medication, which never was filled, I had to find a pharmacy that had the medication that I needed. I called Johnson’s and they had it! I had it within an hour with no excuses or big lines to wait in. The entire staff was friendly and had a great experience!

I was told medication was shipped and would be delivered on a specific date which didn't occur. This is the second time this happened with this pharmacy. My insurance company was billed, however, for a service not rendered. The pharmacist couldn't even provide a tracking number. He said he was busy and had to go and suggested that I just take more of a different prescribed medication in the meantime. This is actually illegal advice. A pharmacist cannot override the recommended directions of a licensed MD. They deal more with nursing homes and do not want to be bothered with customers. I didn't have a choice as my insurance stated that they had a contract with Johnson's Pharmacy and they would make the compound. I cannot even have my doctor write a prescription because they already billed my insurance and the insurance company is not going to approve of the same medication. I am in pain and this is causing great anxiety. I tried every way to track my package with USPS but they need a tracking number. When I called back as the post office recommended they would not answer. Left 4 comments with the company and still did not receive a reply. If your life depends on your medication, please do not get your medication here! My doctor originally recommended a compounding pharmacy and there would not have been problems as my doctor would have picked my medication up for me and I would receive it at my regularly scheduled appointments. I couldn't schedule a flight in February until I knew my medication had arrived, therefore, the flight was more expensive booking it last minute. If they were reliable that would not have been the scenario. I am supposed to get a procedure scheduled for a right shoulder slap tear on Monday. I cannot schedule an appointment until the medication arrives. This pharmacy is literally getting in the way of my health and life! They don't care! Someone different answers the phone every time and they ask 3x to spell your name and they can't find me in the computer and they come back and ask, "Have you been here before?" If you have a choice, please do not go here for your prescriptions. Very unprofessional! The way I look at it if they can't provide a tracking number than they didn't ship the medication. I don't understand why some of their prescriptions are labelled from Pittsburgh, PA. I would have paid the difference in shipping if that was an issue but it was never mentioned. I just prefer to have my medication as prescribed. It's not good to stop taking medication and don't listen to a pharmacist telling you to substitute it for another prescribed medication. You can stop breathing and it can be fatal.
