First appointment was amazing with Brittany! It had to be moved to telehealth since we were under Level 3 snow emergency, but I was thankful we did not have to reschedule. After hearing about Precision Wellness from a trusted friend of several decades, I made an appointment for a Halo and BBL. Brittney, the Nurse Practitioner was incredibly patient and thorough. We discussed my skin concerns, areas of pigmentation, rosacea. Brittney walked me through the procedure, starting with the BBL. She was incredibly patient and thorough. I could tell she cared about the quality of her work. She was able to focus on areas that are more prominent on my skin. The two procedures together took approximately 90 min and I felt she allowed ample time to treat all of the areas. (Add an hour pre-procedure for the numbing cream to take effect) After completing both procedures she explained the healing process for the next 5 days. She provided samples of soap to wash my face after 24 hours and a cream to apply. I had mild discomfort with the BBL, which is incredibly rare. Brittney took her time to help me feel at ease. I did not experience any discomfort with the Halo. I am a little over 48 hours post procedure and zero issues. My skin is responding exactly as she described. Some puffiness and redness on day one and part of day 2. Today I am seeing more of the “mends.” The skin is looking dry and has the sand paper feel. But zero itching. No discomfort. A team member called me on day 2 to check in to see how I am doing. The office is aesthetically pleasing and calming. The staff have all been kind and warm. I would 10/10 recommend the practice and Brittney. I have already shared with several friends as I feel I have found a gem of a place! The pricing is also incredible as I compared to several others in the area. No steps were skipped. Nothing rushed. Professional service and educated practitioner. My suggestion? Book today!
