In the beginning things were good with gpl1 medicine. Then there was shipping issues and medication not being refrigerated. I canceled my subscription and they took out 375 dollars on my credit card and promised me a last shipment and didn’t send it. I have filed numerous complaints on them with the better business bureau and Washington attorney generals offices.Do not due business with this company!

The facility in Santa Ana has been convenient and professional. The staff are always courteous, friendly and caring. I highly recommend this facility for your testing needs.

The receptionist was okay but the system was not because they did not accept me even i show to them my credentials that i had submitted online and they said we do not accept it anymore because the government dont accept it. So why in the heck you gave me an appointment and for me to drive on that location so far and dont accept me? In the first place i registered online and you accept my credentials and for me to cancell my work that day to go on your testing center and dont accept me.. you should have done that online and you keep texting me and give me appointment number and when im there nothing..

Today My husband and I were tested In Irvine. We are very grateful for the technician who tested us because she took the time to help us to complete our registration. We rcvd the 1st test results quickly. The lady is a top notch tech. She is a Super professional,friendly, kind and helpful. Gave us Super star service. Thank you so very much 💓 . It made our experience pleasant 😊.

The nurse have been great very nice and professional. Our test comes on time as well. They text you with an estimated time when they’ll arrive.Have patience for them it’s better then waiting in line for 2-4 hrs. Just wonderful experience with them. I really appreciate what you guys are doing specially in these times.
