Preston's Compounding Pharmacy

Tracy Anderson has consistently exceeded expectations in her role. She not only fulfills her responsibilities with EXCELLENCE but also takes INITIATIVE to go above and beyond her regular duties. Her dedication, professionalism and PROACTIVE ATTITUDE have had a significativo positive impact on the team of Preston Compunding pharmacy. I hope she will motivate others through her example. We really love Preston's Pharmacy & all the help they have provided our practice! They are extremely attentive, willing to be flexible & have really come through in times when our practice has run out of meds. We recently noticed something incorrect with our billing and they were extremely willing to help correct that - no push back at all. Thank you!!

I have been using Preston's compounding lab for a long time. I have found them in general very helpful. I just spoke to Brittany about the price of my 30 day prescription supply. She corrected my reference of pharmacist to technician. Of course these meds are costly as they are specially made, but this recent supply was really high. I asked Brittany to explain. Her tone was scripted, unhelpful and dismissive. When your customer says please pass a long to your management that 1) you need to make the med price transparent on the packaging (I had to go to my cc statement to see the cost) and 2) offer ways to lower cost i.e. 3 month supply, etc. you don't say management just instituted the policy of not showing pricing on the packaging so end of discussion or go get a regular prescription to lower the cost. Sounds like a policy that needs to be reconsidered and Brittany should reevaluate her responses. I also hope more compounding labs start up in our area. Clearly, we need some competition to keep prices in line.

My vet sent my Rx here. Preston's left me a voicemail and when I called back 30 seconds later they had me on hold for a while then sent me to a voicemail that was full. Now when I call it instantly disconnects me. Was never able to reach a human at this location

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Preston’s. I needed a compounded medication for my sick cat, and it took them THREE WEEKS to fill the prescription. Not only was this an unreasonably long wait, but the pharmacy was also plagued by constant miscommunication. Every time I followed up, I received conflicting information, and it felt like nobody was on the same page. My vet had to contact them 3 separate times to get it called in and they STILL got the details wrong. Despite the delay and the impact it had on my pet’s health, there was no sense of remorse or urgency to resolve the issue. I understand that things can get busy, but the lack of professionalism and care here is unacceptable. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
