My original review mentioned the issues I had with shipments. Although inconvenient, prime did make it right, and have since been very helpful. Very knowledgeable and willing to discuss. Without the help from representative Geoff, I probably wouldn’t have updated this review but he has been great.

8 months with Prime now. Been fantastic working with them in every aspect. Anyone in their late 30s/40s who isn't looking at their Test levels and hormone panels in general, is potentially missing out on a huge upgrade in quality of life. For me, working with these guys, it's been significantly better.

Absolutely amazing staff. I was well informed every step of the way. Once treatment started questions that came up were answered in a very timely and thorough manor. This place literally changed my life! Keep up the great work guys!

Very fast at getting you through the entire process of TRT if that's something you've been considering for a while. You get your levels tested then if you qualify you get a consultation that week, and you perscription the week after. Price comparison seems to be extremely competitive and I've heard of guys having to spend a lot more than I do. Everyone along the process has been very cool down to earth including the doctor.

Best customer service and quality care! Maurice is awesome! They have helped me out tremendously and go above and beyond for their patients! Highly recommend!
