⚠️ Important Transparency & Patient Safety Concerns!!!! I am sharing my experience to ensure transparency and patient safety for others considering care here. I scheduled an appointment for IV therapy and was explicitly told—both verbally and through prior coordination—that I would be seen by a doctor. I submitted medical documents in advance, which I was informed had been received by their team (confirmed by Rebecca). Upon arriving at R3 Health, I learned that I was not seeing a physician at all, but instead was placed with a very young and inexperienced Nurse Practitioner. This was never disclosed beforehand and felt misleading, especially given the nature of IV therapy and the importance of proper medical oversight—particularly for patients with underlying health concerns. What was most alarming was not simply the provider title, but the lack of demonstrated clinical knowledge and confidence during the visit. Several explanations provided did not align with standard medical understanding, and it became clear that there was confusion around protocols, indications, and patient-specific considerations. This raised serious concerns regarding patient safety, clinical competency, and physician supervision. Patients have a right to full transparency about who is managing their medical care—MD/DO versus NP—and the level of experience and oversight involved. Any ambiguity or misrepresentation, intentional or not, is unacceptable in a medical setting and can have serious consequences. Transparency in healthcare is not optional—it is a fundamental obligation. I left this appointment feeling misled, unsafe, and deeply concerned about the level of clinical oversight being provided. IV therapy is not benign, and errors or misunderstandings in this setting can lead to significant harm. I would strongly urge anyone considering care here to exercise extreme caution, ask direct questions about provider credentials and supervision, and carefully evaluate whether this is an appropriate environment for medical treatment. Patient safety should never be compromised by unclear roles, insufficient experience, or misleading representations.

What an amazing experience! Providers were incredibly knowledgeable and ready to help you reach your wellness goal. The staff was amazing. They were so friendly and explained all the modalities and what you could expect. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to get to the bottom of what is making them sick!!!

What I love about R3health is their hospitality. God only knows how much I hate needles but every time I come they make things seem effortless. I am a gym owner and love sending clients here because I know my clients will be taken care of. I love the team, organization, and of course the owners. Highly recommend!
