I came in for masseter botox for my TMJ with Maggie. Booking was so easy and they were so flexible and addressed any questions I had before booking. Coming in, Maggie and Dr. K were so kind and welcoming. It was my first time getting injections— Maggie is super knowledgeable, talked me through the steps thoroughly, and truly prioritized my comfort, needs, and wants. She’s truly such a gem!! She was so meticulous with my lip filler, giving me a super natural enhancement that complemented my face so well. She listened to my goals and totally exceeded all expectations. Go nowhere else!! I am a 2026 bride looking to do some skincare prep and subtle facial re-balancing before my wedding. I decided to go with Refine by Tulsi (even though I have tried other places) because I really liked how their focus is purely on enhancing your natural beauty features. What made the consultation experience different from other MedSpas is that you don't go in and ask for something and they'll just book you in - you have an honest conversation about your goals and how you can realistically achieve them in the timeframe you're working with. They'll provide you with suggestions that you are welcome to take, but you'll feel no pressure to do anything. I felt comfortable and informed the whole time. I got my facial balancing done with Maggie. I cannot recommend Maggie enough - she is incredibly talented at injections/filler/facial balancing. The spa itself is beautiful, everyone is so friendly and warm, and Dr. Kotecha even dropped by to confirm/discuss treatments too, which made me feel even more confident. I will now go nowhere else now (i'm even going to fly back after I move city!). This is a prime example of a Med Spa run intentionally and with care.

I chose this med spa because Tulsi is a doctor and none of the employees or before and afters on the website looked overdone. It was important to me to simply enhance my natural appearance instead of change it. I’m so happy with my choice! The two injectors I’ve worked with, Naz and Maggie, are very knowledgeable and willing to talk through all of my concerns before treatments.

It was my first time getting treatment, and Naz was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease from the very beginning. She took the time to explain every step thoroughly, answered all of my questions beforehand, and never made me feel rushed. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and I felt informed, comfortable, and in great hands the entire time. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m so happy with the care I received. I would absolutely come back to her again and will likely only be trusting her with my treatments moving forward.
