Great customer service all around. Dr. Johnathan was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions and gave me advance on products to use over the counter. I came in for stem cell treatment consultation and I was informed that I didn’t need an evasive treatment. I’m going to save up and call back in a few months to start treatment as it’s pricey as expected.

Dr. Jonathan is so great and is so educational and I also appreciate his patience SO much, he allowed me to let my curiosity run wild and ask all the questions I needed too at my consult and wasn’t passive or dismissive in the slightest. I’m booked for my actual treatment date based off an informed first impression and im happy about the experience so far !

Dr Johnathan Cole was really professional, knowledgeable and transparent. He took time to explain the process of the consultation and then the treatment plan suggested. He also shared that based on my condition the mildest treatment plan would be appropriate over a more aggressive approach. I appreciated his honesty and it made me confident that he was doing what was best for me not what was most profitable for him. I appreciated his patience with my questions and he gave at home care suggestions as well. I am happy to start my treatment plan this month and I look forward to my results in a few months!
