⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with stem cell therapy here and couldn’t be happier with my decision. They use top-of-the-line donor suppliers and combine the stem cells with PRP, which really maximizes absorption and effectiveness. You can tell they’re focused on doing things the right way, not cutting corners. What really stood out to me was their level of certification and science-backed approach. They are certified with R3 and also offer the option to use the Kiara award-winning research company, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality and safety of the treatment. The staff was knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain the entire process, which made me feel comfortable from start to finish. As an added bonus, the cost was slightly more affordable than competitors — without sacrificing quality. The actual process was smooth and quick with amazing and friendly Nursing staff. Overall, this was a very professional, well-run clinic, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering stem cell therapy. am writing to formally document a very serious and distressing experience my family had at your facility regarding the stem cell therapy appointment for my child. Prior to scheduling, I clearly explained that my child has special needs and significant medical anxiety. I specifically asked whether your staff was properly trained, experienced, and equipped to handle a child in this situation. I was assured multiple times that your team was professional, experienced, and fully capable. Based on those assurances, you obtained our trust and accepted a $500 deposit. What occurred during our visit was completely unacceptable and unsafe. The physical setup was not appropriate for a medical procedure—there was an unstable chair that caused me to fall twice while holding my child. This alone created a serious safety risk. The environment more closely resembled a cosmetic spa than any medical or clinical setting suitable for pediatric care or invasive procedures. More concerning, the nurse appeared inexperienced and unprepared. My child was forcibly restrained by multiple adults while the nurse repeatedly applied pressure in an attempt to locate a vein. This caused extreme distress and trauma to my child. When the needle was inserted, blood gushed out, and the situation was treated as normal. I had to intervene and point out that the IV was not functioning and that my child was actively bleeding. The nurse was unable to properly manage the situation, and the needle was removed only after I insisted. This experience directly contradicted the assurances you gave me beforehand. Instead of receiving professional care, my child was injured, traumatized, and placed in an unsafe situation. At that point, I informed you that I needed to leave immediately to care for my child. I was told that we were “done,” and we left the facility. Despite this, your office later charged an additional $1,000 to my husband’s credit card without consent or authorization, using card information previously provided only for the deposit. This charge was made after services were terminated and without any agreement from us. This is extremely concerning and may constitute unauthorized billing or fraud.

I had stem cells in my knee and shoulder with an IV too. Three months later I am feeling significantly better by far. I came back and had Sculptra treatment later and really see an improvement. Sariah is my aesthetic angel and is phenomenal. I highly recommend Jason, Sariah and the Rejuve team!
