If you haven’t heard of Renew Wellness, let me tell you… I feel amazing! No more insomnia. No more personal summers. Irritability has decreased to almost zero! Libido back to normal. It’s a life changing experience!!

I have been a customer of Renew Health and Wellness under various names and different owners for 14 years. It was always an easy partnership until just the other day. I was calling in as usual to get my labs faxed to the local Military Hospital where I am a dependent. The now named Renew Health and Wellness usually faxes my lab orders and I go in to the hospital and the results are sent back so my medications can be ordered and ready when I go for treatment. From there, incompetence and arguments was all I encountered with the manager Ms. Charlene Rich . I was informed that they don't fax lab requests and I would have to go to another lab provider. The problem was my labs are included in my healthcare and my price on my contract with Renew Health and Wellness was reduced as I get my own labs. Finally understanding they weren't getting paid for my labs, they "made an exception". I was also told I didn't have an appointment the day I claimed. I said " Oddly,I have the appointment card in my hands" - blame was quickly placed on the receptionist they just let go (she was a long term employee who hadn't made that mistake before).. Thinking we had sorted it out, I went to the hospital to get my labs completed. For three days, Charlene Rich never sent a correctly formatted order.. The lab couldn't use what was finally faxed because It did not follow CDC required guidelines, no ICD10 codes, missing NPI codes both of which the lab said were required. The lab provided an example and verbally explained to Ms.Rich what was needed. After 3 round trips and waiting room time, I was definitively upset. I had spent three afternoons taking time from work to go get my lab work completed. I called back yet again and Ms. Charlene Rich as manager claimed she had no idea what the codes were or format for lab orders. How can she be the manager and not know the business itself? She was rude and confrontational- maybe a little problem resolution and de-escalation training is needed in the Office. My next contact was a phone call, an email, and a letter informing me they wouldn't provide further treatment. My contract still has two more sessions remaining. I asked my attorney for options. Bottom line: I don't want to go back despite being a customer for over 14 years and am telling all I know in Clarksville and Fort Campbell to include my customers "AVOID THIS OFFICE".

This is the best and most thorough clinic I have ever had the privilege to have look after me and my well being. I’m not one to leave very many reviews for business that I am affiliated with. When you encounter a physician like Amanda that genuinely cares and has the best interest at heart for her patients and strives to give you top shelf care. She is thorough and pays attention to what your concerns are and your needs. Her talent is one to be admired and her bedside manner is exquisite. The staff is personal and kind and always leaves you feeling cared about and welcomed. Honestly in my 53 years of life this is the first medical establishment that I truly feel goes above and beyond for their clients, from the moment you walk through their office door.
