They took full responsibility, offered a refund, and were genuinely committed to making things right. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds is what truly matters. I appreciate the manager’s willingness to listen and resolve the issue. That level of accountability goes a long way, and I’m hopeful for a smoother experience in the future.
