Coming here from Fort Worth Texas has been the best decision I have ever made. Roc has been very accommodating in making me comfortable and guiding me to a life in recovery. Thank you to all the staff at Restoration Healthcare!

I loved this place until December. Sent me a bill on 12/22 and no one has gotten back to me on it. Front desk told me to reach out to admin. Sent admin email over a month ago with no response. Yet they keep sending me emails, text messages, and letters to my house to pay. Not to mention I am no longer a patient of their practice because they got rid of my doctor and send me an email the night before Christmas Eve telling me that all future appointments are canceled. Which totally ruined my holidays and stressed me out. I paid thousands for iv chelation treatment I did not get to finish and now they are charging me for an iv I did not receive in December. Totally not transparent about their charges at the end of last year and I am extremely pissed off and no one will contact me about my bill. Very disappointed what became of this place because they were helping so much before October all fell apart then.

After years of feeling sick and receiving little help from multiple medical groups, I finally found a place that genuinely cares and works with difficult illnesses. It’s clear that we are where we belong. I am grateful for the relief knowing I can stop searching for a doctor, for help, and the education they provide throughout the process is invaluable. I feel so fortunate to have found this group—this referral has been a true blessing! The atmosphere at Restoration Healthcare is welcoming and relaxing. The IV infusion experience was wonderful, and the staff is always efficient and caring (we can be apprehensive of needles and they always made us feel like it was no big deal). I felt great and refreshed almost instantly after my treatment. It’s a place where healing truly begins, and the supportive environment makes all the difference.
