Restorative Health of Ohio

SCAM!! This has been an awful experience. I told them what my goals were and what I did not want. I was looking to sleep better, lose weight and have energy. They sell it to you like a car salesmen and I fell for this even after rethinking it and expressing my concerns. I was then informed, that we could try half of the implant and I did. I was dissatisfied from the jump. I attempted to call the office and express my feelings, I was told at two weeks, it was too early to tell. At three months I was still not feeling any better, started my period after 13 years and gained more weight. I called to tell them I would not be getting the other half of the implant due to the effects. I still kept getting charged. I spoke with Steve after locking my card because they kept making attempts on my card, he said this would not be charged again and he could see that I never received the other half of the implant. Again this month my card was charged and they are saying that due to canceling even after being told I would not be charged and that I did not receive the other half of the treatment, I still owed the full amount. Why do we owe if they sell the other half to another customer. I would look closer at the contract they place in front of you. Shame on me for trusting the conversations I had with the owner, doctor and Steve with billing.

I’m so grateful for restorative health! They gave me back my life, I feel so much alive again and feel so much better than I’ve felt for years! It’s just so amazing how much better I feel! It’s the best decision I ever made for myself. It’s just amazing what it can do for you! I’ll never stop going, that’s how much I love getting this treatment!!! I highly recommend it! Plus everyone that works there are so kind and understanding exactly what your going through! Please give them a call and if it’s for you, don’t hesitate to do it! As a new client with my first treatment less than a week ago, I'm looking forward to the full effects. I chose Restorative Health of Ohio over many other options. Their knowledgeable & courteous staff has made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I foresee a long term commitment with them.

If there is any other hormone place you could go to go there. I signed up for the yearly program because that is all they offer. The second round of pellets they went against my wishes and did something I asked them not to do and felt terrible until the pellets wore off. They do not listen if you have symptoms. I decided half way through to not continue. Now they are ignoring my calls to get my prorated refund for services not rendered. They did not deserve any of my money because they did not provide quality treatment. I wish I had listened to the other bad reviews before I had signed up. Luckily I have found a provider that is more thorough and supportive. They also only charge per visit and allow to use insurance for lab work.

I’ve been to another hormone replacement therapy doctor before, and I was kind of soured by the experience. But I decided to take the leap and I had heard about restorative health on the radio. So I decided to give it a try. And I am so glad that I did the people at restorative health in Dublin Ohio are awesome, down to earth, real people that share their experiences and stories. I feel like I could tell them anything and they will listen. I feel really at home when I go there. I like the fact that they test often to make sure that your levels are where they’re supposed to be and if you report that you’re not feeling like you think you should they will work with you to make you feel better. It’s an awesome place and I can’t say enough about the great people and their attitudes there.
