Do not use their delivery services! They shipped my medication via UPS who delivered it to the wrong address. When I called them to let them know that I never received my compounded medication, they refused to replace it without me paying for it again! If the pharmacy chose to ship via UPS, the pharmacy generally carries the risk until the medication is successfully delivered to you. A photo of a package on a porch does not always prove proper delivery: • It could be misdelivered. • It could have been stolen. • It could be the wrong address. • It could show a different package. That’s why carriers have claims processes. They weren’t willing to do anything to help.
Edited To Add - Their response still doesn't address the two biggest issues in my review, which was 1 - they knew the pills were broken and did nothing to ensure that I didn't get cheated out of my meds even as I ASKED them to during the refill process for over 3 months, but try to reference their quality control process which clearly isn't in place. And 2 - I asked them for resources to get a prescription for a medicine that they offer consultations for on their website for $90 because my practitioner IS GONE, and they referred me to "my practitioner" and completely ignored the request I sent in the first place. I immediately emailed a different compounding pharmacy nearby who gave me 3 options in the area that prescribe my medication AND gave me an emergency refill considering it's for a chronic condition and I've had a prescription for years. They simply don't care and that is reflected in their response. Even their response to a 1 star Google review lacks accountability, empathy, and customer service and gave me the same email I've used for both of these issues with little to no response. This place has gone extremely downhill. I’ve been filling prescriptions here for years until I realized they had been CONSISTENTLY shorting me on medication fills for months due to broken tablets. In their response to me about the shortage, they said “well the small tablets can break easily”…well, yes I know that and it seems you know that which makes me wonder why you didn’t have a system in place to make sure you weren’t counting half tablets instead of whole ones. This happened 3 months in a row despite me adding to the notes to make sure they checked for broken pills. Spoiler alert- they didn’t. Beyond that, I attempted to get an LDN refill without paying hundreds of dollars for a appt at the clinic next door (when my provider left) because I’ve been on it for years and filled it with them until the whole tablet shortage thing. (Which again, they had cheated me out of my prescribed medication for months.) Their response was I needed to schedule an appointment, despite my request for options/resources since my provider was no longer there. The customer service is just horrendous now and if you are getting small pills from here, I’d be sure to count how many whole pills vs broken pills you are getting because apparently they don’t really pay attention.
They are friendly, fast and efficient. I’ll never go to a major pharmacy like CVS again. This is the best Pharmacy for humans.
wonderful customer service and communication. LOVE that they deliver that is a lifesaver. Staff friendly!! A++++
I get my medicine filled and delivered here for the last couple months each time there has been an issue the first was a timing thing the meds were days late. Yesterday I called because my prescription wasn’t ready and set up the delivery well they delivered it that day to the wrong address, not even close to the same street name or building number. I had to go 30 mins out of the way to retrieve them at a building you have to buzz and wait and then sit there. Logistics is tough but two times in a row deserves 2 stars!!
