What a great experience!! This was our first time using RX Express Compounding. We were in a pinch due to running out of a compounded medication. We called and Ray was amazing to work with. Other pharmacies told us it would be a few days due to the holidays and he had it ready the same day. My wife will not miss a dose of her meds. Ray was also very thorough throughout the entire process. He was even nice enough to have the prescription transferred from our other pharmacy. Thanks Ray and staff. Yall are a lifesaver.
Im so sad that I have to even give a 1 star rating. This place is ran by some interesting characters that do NOT listen to the patients concerns or needs. They had an issue with my prescription and told me they needed to call my Dr. I explained that he's in Japan for 3 weeks and not to call. I told them I could wait and to please not bother him on his vacation. Ray called me telling me he reached out to my Dr. with no response. I said nooooo, please dont. He did. And then 3 days later Rouah (very rude and disrespectful) called to tell me she left a couple URGENT messages for my dr in JAPAN! I finally said to Rouah to cancel the prescription and I'll go elsewhere for when my Dr returns. She yells and I mean yelled at me and told me NO, I'M REACHING OUT TO YOUR DR AGAIN. They dont listen. No respect to a patients request. There's to many choices for compound pharmacies. Definitely dont use these characters
Rx Express is always top notch. They strive to be the best at anything they do. Been using this compounding and regular pharmacies for years and they don't disappoint. Pharmacist is #1.
They are truly amazing, they were the only pharmacy able to fill my daughter’s prescription. They actually care and have compassion, I highly recommend them.
I recently started using Rx Express for a compounded prescription. They filled each of my prescriptions promptly, and even a rush refill for one of them. There's never a wait when I pick up and everything is done very efficiently. Thank you!
