SandsRx Pharmacy

I have had to use several pharmacies before for my little boy’s medication & wanted to post a review for others that may need the service. Sand’s Pharmacy has truly impressed us. We have had medication ordered and delivered a few times now from here & we have definitely noticed that the service provided in all aspects from this pharmacy has been exceptional. From the customer support staff over the phone, through the continual tracking updates of our order, as well as the care taken on delivery. Orders are delivered at the time stated with no issues. Each time our order was delivered very meticulously & safely packed in a cold box with ice packs to ensure it stayed at proper temperature. Truly an hidden gem! Only wish other pharmacies provided the same level of service as this pharmacy. We are very grateful and will definitely continue utilizing them as well as recommending them to friends and family in the future.

I got all of my fertility medication from this pharmacy. All of the people I interacted with during this year long process made everything so much less stressful. They were very knowledgeable and informative about cost of medication and how to mix and use. There were a couple times when medication was needed very quickly and they never had any trouble getting me what I needed quickly. I now have a sweet 10 week old little boy and part of the reason is because of SandsRX. Anytime I have the option to get medication from sands this will be my number one choice. Thank you for all that you guys do

The mail order option is great for me. I do wish they wouldn’t ask me for my money one week after taking the previous payment. They definitely send the request for payment too often, and they send way too many syringes for the amount of medication I get. But I suppose too much is better than too little.

Hello, all went fairly well, except the FedEx lable did not have all the needed information. Right under the street address, it needs to say 'Deliver to Montana Travel Trailer" Having this on the lable ensure I get it right away and it dosen't sit outside. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I have taken 9 shots so far (weekly). It has been effective and the results are slow but progressive. The pharmacy is easy to communicate with and promptly responds. I only wish insurance would cover at least part of the cost!
