Dr. Mullen and the staff at Seattle Wellness are amazing! Everyone at the practice is so welcoming, positive, and make you feel heard and taken care of as a patient. They work with wonderful brands and a fantastic pharmacist. I have been there multiple times and have nothing but great things to say about this practice and team!

We found Seattle Wellness cold and impersonal. We had an appointment today at 3pm to discuss an eastern medical approach to combine with western during cancer treatment. Maybe it was an off day in the office but we didn’t feel welcome and the bedside manner was harsh. We arrived on time at 3pm and were not told to arrive early. We were also not sent paperwork prior and it took 25 minutes to fill in. Then we were told our appointment would be cut short. Once with the Dr, she was impatient and seemed offended by our presence. I think we expected more warmth since it’s already a lot to be dealing with the cancer diagnosis.

I have been seeing Dr. Elissa Mullen and her staff for several years; they are excellent. Dr. Mullen is very intuitive and amazing. Kind, knowledgeable, and has changed my life. She and her staff are attentive and top notch. 10 Stars

Terrible experience. Doctor was dismissive and spent less than 10 minutes with me. I provided my insurance information before the visit and was then told none of the cost was covered because she is a naturopath not an MD or DO. Receptionists said they check insurance to make sure patient has coverage and is in network but don't check that naturopath services are covered. It seems like a scam. Has not provided me with test results post visit. Would never recommend.

I have been working with Dr. Mullen for over a year. She has helped me enormously in all areas of my life from sleeping to charging up my brain to lifestyle choices. She is the best.
