Pharmacist is very friendly and very quick to respond. I've had a great experience here. Their office doesn't have a waiting room for patients it's just a door with a doorbell come on so don't be surprised however their services are excellent

I've been using Silicon Valley Pharmacy for over 25 years for a compounded prescription. They are efficient, friendly, prompt and so reliable. I feel fortunate to be able to rely on them.

This place feels shady. They operate out of what seems like an apartment where they just open the door and hand off your medication. They don’t even let you in and makes you stand outside in the sun as if you are here to buy illegal drugs. You have to pay upfront because they don’t have tie-up with any insurances which they don’t even disclose when they call you to pay so if you assume your prescription comes processed through your insurance you will be in for a big surprise. They don’t don’t tell you that you are paying out of pocket. They only fill the prescription after you have paid. Another thing that’s shady about them is they don’t disclose anything to you like an itemized bill for your prescriptions with insurance processing. They just call you up to pay. And they don’t even communicate anything through email but only through physical mail if things go south. Like in my case they said they will mail me the claim form. Also my prescription was for an ointment which ideally should be in a tube container but they filled the whole ointment inside a capsule container. Never going to them again.
