This pharmacy used to be awesome, but then they made tried to make me pay out of pocket and wouldn't even use my insurance. The ladies were super rude and said they had other customers and would get back to me. I waited days. So, I moved my family to a new pharmacy that doesn't have a problem processing claims through insurance.

We came to get the vaccine and the service was amazing! They even gave us advice on where to get vaccine-sponsored stuff like donuts and fries lol.

The service here is impeccable! The vaccine was quickly administered and safely and clean. The associates are really friendly. I highly recommend to get your vaccine here, same day appointment but make sure to call to find out which day they give Pfizer or Moderna. They have different days for both so make sure to check that. Besides that everything is great. 10/10 would recommend.

I had switched my pharmacy from Duane Reade due to a 2 hour wait for medication. Smart Rx is small and has a familiar atmosphere. You are welcomed with a smile and " how can I help you".I spoke to the pharmacist when I had a question about the brand of medicine I was given. He was thorough with his explanation and also gave me another option too. I am glad I changed too.
