Dr. Benjamin Newton is truly a fantastic pain specialist. He has helped me tremendously with my postoperative spinal pain over the years. Living with chronic pain can be overwhelming, but Dr. Newton has always been calm, patient, and incredibly kind during every visit. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. I have always felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for under his treatment. Most importantly, he is very trustworthy — which makes such a difference when you’re dealing with complex, ongoing pain issues. I am so grateful for his expertise and compassionate care. I highly recommend Dr. Newton to anyone looking for a skilled and caring pain management specialist.

I was very excited to book an appointment when I heard of what treatments they offer. I called today to schedule an appointment, I was immediately put on hold and shrugged it off, maybe they’re very busy. Nope, it was an attitude issue, when the woman came back to the phone she was abrasive the entire conversation- I asked for the cost of a treatment, then I asked for the price of an evaluation and she treated me like I was an idiot and was asking her a second time for the treatment cost (even if I had been re-asking, there’s no need for the attitude!) I tried to look past it again and started to book anyway, as I was given her my personal information to book I missed hearing her asking me to spell my address and she repeated “can. you. spell. it!?!” in an extremely agitated tone. Needless to say, I cancelled booking because of the receptionist. I would love if the other staff would reach out to me to schedule, but the receptionist is extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Newton and his team are amazing! He is the kindest, most down to earth doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. As a healthcare professional myself, I am VERY selective in whom I choose as a physician. A lot of research went into choosing Dr. Newton and I was not disappointed. From the staff at the front desk to the medical assistants and Dr. Newton himself...hands down recommend this group!!!! If you are even considering Stem Cell therapy or PRP, this is the place to go! I drive almost 90 miles to see this group and would do it every day if that’s what it took! I rarely leave Google reviews but felt compelled to let everyone know about this team. I was seen at the Chevy Chase location.

While my doctor is excellent (Dr Newton) the office is absolutely horrible to work with. There is also no way to use a portal to send a message to a doctor. That's unacceptable really in this day and age. Especially after spending so much money on stem cel procedures.

Time wait is forever. They managed time between patients is not professional at all. I’m here at 8:30 to do injection for stem cell wait till 10:15 to draw blood and they said come back 2 hours. I came back after 2 hours wait another 2 hours total my visit is more than 6 hours. Horrible
