Superior Compounding Pharmacy

This pharmacy was the most accomodating pharmacy I have ever worked with. They can get the generics I needed that other independent pharmacies WOULD not or in the case of places like CVS, Meijer, Kroger and Walgreens they COULD not. It was an amazing experience and I can't say enough about how they listen and how much they genuinely care about each customer. They try so very hard to help. If you have been having trouble finding a generic brand, please go to them. And the prices are so reasonable, even without insurance. They deserve more than 5 stars. They are amazing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐➕➕➕

I am a family physician in Farmington Hills MI. I recently have been trying to find good compounding pharmacies to make some of the specialized compounded drugs that I require for my unique practice (HRT / HIV / Specialty care). Many compounding pharmacists told me "We can't make that, it wont work" or "I don't feel comfortable as I'm unfamiliar with transgender / menopause /whatever hormone care". Not these people. Both the head pharmacist and the owner came to my office personally, sat down with me, and spent the time to make sure I could craft my own drugs as needed with complete specialization. They have made them promptly, and shipped them to my patients for costs superior to other pharmacies. The pharmacists here actually are excited to work with me and create these products rather than throwing their hands up saying "its too difficult". I love this place, I find them highly trustworthy and reliable and they have my endorsement. You can look at the google reviews for my practice "Powers Family Medicine" and see that I call things as they are, polite or not. If I ever have an issue, I'd update this review, but for now, they have impressed me more than any other compounding pharmacy I've worked with yet. Pictured is the highly specialized hair tonic they designed and compounded according to my specifications, something other pharmacies said couldn't be done.

My experience with Superior Compounding has been stellar. They promised and delivered on a medication for my pet that 4 other pharmacies told me wasn’t available. Everyone at Superior has been friendly, prompt, and professional. All of my questions have been thoroughly answered. I have been so happy with the service, I transferred 3 additional prescriptions to them with the same level of excellence. I have recommended Superior to others looking to fill special prescriptions and all have had the same experience.

The service was above and beyond expectations. Started with the phone call, the lady that was speaking with me was nice and pleasant. The gentleman was at my car with my prescription before I knew it. He was as pleasant as the lady that spoke to me on the phone. I really felt cared for and important. Both times I've called Superior Compounding have been great. On my most recent call I spoke with Eva, I had some phone connection issues but she was very patient and made sure to confirm she had the correct information. Very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive staff. A+
