Sommer and staff are the best! I am so fortunate that I found them. Actually changed my life. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has struggled with weight loss and self esteem! Sommer is wonderful and kind , patient and you won't find any better!

Somer was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. she took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process to both of us, making sure we understood each step and felt comfortable moving forward. We really appreciated the patience and attention to detail. The level of care and customer service we received made the experience very positive, and we would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for weight loss support.

She handled my concerns with professionalism and care, and took the time to explain what happened. While my initial frustration came from not being informed about a price change, I appreciate that she communicated directly and worked to clear up any misunderstandings. It means a lot when a business takes feedback seriously and responds thoughtfully. The care I’ve received here has always been excellent, and I’m glad we were able to resolve this with mutual understanding. Original review: I’ve been to this clinic several times and have always received excellent care from the staff ….professional, kind, and attentive. However, during my most recent visit, I was very surprised to be charged $200 more for procedure and care I’ve had before. There was no notice, no email, no phone call, and no mention of any price changes when I booked the appointment. I was told about the increase after my procedure at the counter. I understand prices can increase, but such a significant change should be clearly communicated to returning patients before their visit. I still appreciate the quality of care I’ve received here, but transparency matters… especially in healthcare, where trust is everything. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves how they communicate billing updates going forward.

I was calling all around Sacramento looking for help because my low trt diagnosis was ruining my life and I had zero energy and felt sick every day but everyone was giving me the same run around telling me it will take weeks to get started on trt even though I had brand new labs verifying I had low T until I finally called this place and the assistant and doctor were extremely helpful and got me in the next day and even got my first injection started. They were great and I look forward to our journey together to getting me back to good health

The practitioners and staff at Synchronicity Health are wonderful to work with. They are kind, knowledgeable, professional. The office is lovely with ample parking! I’m very happy to be their patient! 🩷 I give them my highest recommendation!
