There online bill paying system is the worst! You can type in your PIN number which is on the bill (each time the pin is different on the bill). So you have to have the paper statement to pay--it asks for pin # and zip code which are stated on your bill--yet, it says no such account. Leaves me speechless. You can create and account which I have done and still the same thing--so you can try to log in, does not work or you can attempt the pay one time using the PIN they have on bill with the zip code and it also does not ever work!!!! Very, very frustrating! Absolutely hate them.
