Really sad. My mom waited for her delivery and the driver sent a picture of the door with package she went to get the package and it was not at the door. There is no way within 5 minutes her package was stolen. The driver snapped a picture and had to of take the package. No one but the driver was on the property. The cops were called to make a police report. She called the pharmacy and they basically said nothing they could do. So they took my mom’s money and she did not get her delivery. He never Rand the bell it was signature required. Whenever signed as she was suppose to. This is so unprofessional and now they will lose a customer and my doctor will now be referring to a different compound. If it’s one of them they would want a better outcome then telling my mom “Sorry to hear that you can have your doctor send over a new script” that she than again has to pay $345 unbelievable

This place is amazing! I started using this Pharmacy a couple months ago to get my medicine delivered. I first found out about them because my urologist highly recommended them to me. One of my medicines required a prior authorization and it was taken care of in less than a day. Also, the delivery process was seamless. Their prices are very cheap as well if you need to pay out-of-pocket because I needed to for one of my medication’s. If anyone is looking for a high quality compounding pharmacy, this is your BEST bet for sure 👍🏼

Update 12/17 - changing this to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the first time I am using this pharmacy through my web health service. I ordered compound Tirzepatide. The website had fantastic reviews and a lot of the Reddit forums spoke this company's praises. When I went to draw my first injection from the bottle, there was a blue plastic lid which was absolutely stuck in place. When I went to pull it off it pulled the entire metal seal broke spilling the medicine. I wrote this review the same day and representives from the company reached out to me the very next morning via Google and via email. They stayed touch with me consistently and they also reached out to the health care provider who took the order. They were true to their word and they sent me out a brand new replacement vial within 2 days. "Tasnim" was a great person to deal with And really made me feel secure and cared for as a customer. I am instantly changing this from a one-star review to a five-star review just purely based on their amazing customer service.

These guys take customer service to a level I could not have expected. So incredibly easy to work with, so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Amazing communicators! Have been using them for around a year and couldn't be happier! Well done Chemist Shop, well done!

Been using them for some prescriptions by my doctor, when dealing with them by delivery I had no issues, but when you visit I person, no personality at all, and you can forget having your call answered by anyone in the mornings, the ladies literally are chatting away as you finally find parking, and when you ask about the phone issues and no one answering its just an annoyance face and avoidance of the question.
