Soaking in her knowledge is helping me so much to prepare for menopause. The hot yoga location and teacher was awesome. So thankful to be introduced to a new to me studio. The nutritionist was very helpful as well..

Lucy was extremely helpful answering my questions regarding perimenopause. She listened to my concerns and gave specific recommendations. She spent some additional time during our talk and gave me resources for me to review and a written summary of our discussion.

I attended the Yoga&Wellness session and it was GREAT. First hot yoga in my life and I absolutely loved it. Cool people, tons of interesting information.
