I’ve been going to The Hack for general health and wellness, and I couldn’t be happier. Their prices are much more reasonable compared to other places. Marion, the General Manager, is very knowledgeable and genuinely caring. The space itself feels cozy and welcoming. I’ve tried all of their modalities, and it has definitely boosted my energy. I highly recommend this anti-aging center.
Boutique health and wellness gym on the third floor of a very elegant Memorial retail center. Also next to very tasty and healthy food options like Dish Society. The Hack specializes in biohacking and they have unique offerings such as an oxygen chamber, PEMF therapy, red light therapy, Vesper, and dry sauna. Marion the general manager also provides great one on one personal training with a specialty in grappling fitness.
The Hack is AMAZING! My favorite healing modality is the HOCATT. It is a phenomenal healing machine for the brain & nervous system along with the body. It was a lifesaver for me following brain inflammation from Covid. It stopped my wild neurological symptoms on the first visit. I am incredibly grateful to have found it! Marion at the Hack is the best! Highly responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Hack! Highly recommend!
I attend a yoga class at the Hack on Wednesday afternoons, and really enjoy it. I find the Hack to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing and good energy is felt there. The instructor is very pleasant, well prepared, very hands on, and the class exercises and routines really flow together. I like the fact that aside from instructing, she is an active participant in the class ( she doesn’t ask anything of the class, that she does not do herself). I enjoy other exercise during the week; however, I find I am much more flexible because of the class, and really feel the benefits from stretching, and maintaining certain postures for extended periods of time. I always leave feeling very relaxed, and happy to have experienced a good workout session.
Went to the Hack for the first time and had a great experience. The owner let me in super last minute and was very kind and informative. The red light sauna is great, and the music and the vibe there is great as well. Highly recommend!
