The Healthy Choice is a great pharmacy! I never need to remember about refills. They text me reminders when I'm running low asking if I want a refill. When I have a change in script they text me as well which is super convenient. Calling is sometimes inconvenient for me so it's super helpful that I can text them and the respond SO FAST!!

The service is amazing.. fast shipping, great communication and easy to reach by text or phone call. I wasn’t expecting such personalized hands-on service from a pharmacy that isn’t local but I have to say, I always get the same (or better!) service as dealing face to face with my local pharmacist. Got prescribed HRT by my OB GYN after an emergency hysterectomy and she called the scrip into Heathy Choice. Clearly my hormones aren't on point so I was upset trying to find out the dosage. The girl on the phone got upset with me, hung up on me and sent the scrip to the wrong address on purpose. Never sent another scrip to my correct address even though it's been a week. At this point, I'll call another compounding pharmacy to fill it; one that won't allow their employees to be petty with the meds of a patient.
