This experience was life changing for me! I was at a loss with my energy level when I decided to get information on hormone replacement! Dr V and Steve made it easy, comfortable, and safe for me to get to where I needed to be to feel better and have a lot more energy! I highly recommend. I've been seeing Dr Valentine since July of 2018. She takes time to sit down with me and discuss my concerns and to answer any questions that I have, never making me feel uncomfortable, rushed or that any question is ridiculous. The staff that works with her are just as amazing as she is. Today a coworker and I were discussing if maybe hormone replacement might help her. I placed a call to the office and ask to speak to Steve, the lady that answered the phone politely explained to me that he was unavailable she took my name, my question and said that she would have him give me a call at his earliest convenience. Within the hour Steve returned my phone call, because he already knew my question he had my answer. Within minutes of mine and Steve's conversation he had emailed me information to give to my coworker. What an amazing, caring, friendly efficient team.

I was so skeptical about even making the phone call here but when I did I was pleasently surprised. Steve made the whole process very welcoming. Dr valentine was amazing. I have been so much happier since!
