Very friendly, down to earth and professional staff. The doctor was wonderful and patiently answered my many questions about a new medicine I was going to start taking. This pharmacy is very affordable compared to all others I researched. Highly recommend!!

Service Has Hit Rock Bottom I've been a customer at Triangle Compounding for many years. The service was never exceptional, but it was adequate--until recently. Communication Breakdown Their phone system is archaic. It automatically puts you on hold without any queue information, and sometimes disconnects entirely. Text messages go unanswered for days. They were trying out an app for a while and I was bombarded with text payment requests before receiving any confirmation that my prescription was even being processed. Operational Issues Unlike my previous compounding pharmacy in Arizona (which always called to confirm receipt and discuss quantities), Triangle automatically fills 3-month supplies without consultation. When you're paying out-of-pocket, this creates a significant financial burden. Recent Experience This week, while recovering from COVID and caring FT for my 95-year-old mother, I received constantly conflicting information about my prescription status: ready/not ready, charged/not charged, mailed/not mailed. After multiple calls while barely functioning, I had to leave the house for the first time in two weeks to pick it up myself, which worsened my pain . The One Bright Spot: Shavonne Shavonne herself deserves five stars. She was genuinely kind, apologetic, and helpful yesterday on the phone. When she said my prescription would be expedited, I assumed it meant mailed. When I got there I realized she was going to deliver it to my home on her way from work. That gesture brought me to tears--it showed real compassion and integrity to follow through on a promise. Bottom Line Shavonne's exceptional service was the only bright spot. The pharmacy's systems and communication protocols need a complete overhaul. Long-term loyalty, or amount of money you spend mean nothing here. Doubtful I'll go back. I need to start the process of finding a new pharmacy now before I need my next refills.

I used this pharmacy 2 years ago and was so impressed. They were so responsive and so caring! I asked my doctor to send my prescription here again now that I need them again and the experience was absolutely atrocious. You cannot reach them by phone, I sat on hold for over 30 minutes as caller #1. I was given a partial fill and told they would contact me when the rest was ready, but I expressed I could not stop this medication. I showed up the next day and they told me it would not be ready for another 24 hours, went again and waited 25 minutes at 5pm for them to find it despite them saying it would definitely be ready by 4pm. I wasted so many hours calling and waiting for something I had already paid for and need to have promptly. Thankfully, I found another compounding pharmacy and will be using their services. Very disappointed to say the least with Triangle, especially since they were so good to me the last time. Also, the receptionist was so rude during all my encounters with her. I understand they deal with frustrated people, but I was nothing but kind and was met with a nasty attitude.

My prescription for pain relief took 3 weeks and a ridiculous amount of effort on my part. My doctor said they would contact me but they didn’t so after a week i contacted them. They said they didn’t get the order and would call my doctor and call me when it was ready. Another week passed with no call so I contacted them again with no response. I called my doctor who sent the script again. The only response to my texts was a request for payment even though I still didn’t have the meds. No responses to my texts as to when it would be ready and you can’t get through on the phone. At 3 weeks I went to there and waited for them to fill it. They say they got the script 2 weeks earlier but were still filling it. Come on guys. This was for pain relief. Do better!!!

This company is a mess. My doctor sent them an order on 1/21 and I paid for and placed the order on 1/22 (not cheap). I still don’t have my prescription and it doesn’t even show filled when I look at the status. Within the first week, Wendy did respond to my email and said it would be filled in a couple of days, but when that didn’t happen, she stopped responding. Forget trying to reach them by phone. You’ll be on hold for 30 minutes, get to the top of the queue and nobody will answer. I finally disputed this charge with my cc company. I’ll use another compounding pharmacy from here on out. Don’t waste your time with these people.
