Trio Pharmacy

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I've been coming to trio pharmacy for years. They are always super fast and effecient. Very nice and friendly staff as well. It has never took more than 5mins for me to recieve my medicine. No exaggerations lol If you are looking for a reliable pharmacy that can get you in and out quick, this is your place! ❤️

I had scheduled a COVID vaccine appointment for my partner and myself for today April 23rd at 1:20 pm and 1:25 pm. We both arrived at 1:15 pm, and were seated and waiting by 1:20... And we proceeded to wait until after 2 pm. I had left from work on my lunch to receive my vaccine, so I unfortunately had to leave. But we were not kept updated on why there was a wait, only told to sit and wait. I ended up getting up and asking one of the employees what the estimated wait time would be, since I would be needing to return to work. I was told that "she" was finishing up with the last group... I wanted to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt since the reviews seemed so pleasant, but with me already running late I had to leave and left highly unsatisfied. Don't offer appointment time scheduling if you won't honor the appointment time, or even advise that there would still be a wait. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I needed the vaccine to see extended family and to not endanger them. Now I will need to wait even longer to see my family.. :(

I had such an amazing experience with The Trio Pharmacy. Everyone I encountered treated me with such dignity and respect. I was able to receive my vaccine quickly and efficiently. They have so many unique health items and equipment. Im using them for all of my pharmacy needs. Thank you Trio family/pharmacy.

Everyone there was super helpful and friendly. Got in and out quickly without any problems. You guys are awesome and i appreciate what you do! :)
