I did my SneakPeek clinical test with Dr. Beatty. She was wonderful and got me in on short notice. It was an easy blood draw and I got my gender results so quick. I am so thankful!

It means so much to be remembered—not just by name, but for the concerns I raised a month ago as a new patient. Each visit feels thoughtful and unhurried, no matter how many questions I bring to the table. What stands out most is the provider’s genuine curiosity and commitment to understanding the whole picture—almost like a medical detective. Instead of just treating symptoms on the surface, she digs deeper to investigate the whole picture. That kind of care is rare and invaluable. The office staff is just as wonderful. The office manager is kind, patient, and always welcoming. I couldn’t be happier to have found this office!

I had such a positive experience with Dr B. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard and seen. Something that's unfortunately rare in healthcare these days. She took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing through the appointment or brushing anything off. Always a great experience. Dr. Beatty takes her time to understand me, explains things in layman’s terminology for me to comprehend. I actually feel like I found a doctor who cares about me. I don’t feel like another number in her day. I definitely recommend.

I love my weekly visits to True Phoenix. I have been getting B12 shots which have improved my energy levels by a bit and loose some weight. I have tried B12 shots at other places with no noticeable results. B12 weekly shots at True Phoenix are deffinetly great. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Another part that I truly appreciate is how much time doctor B took to go over my recent blood work. She was very detailed, informative and was able to identified that I am having issues with my thyroid. I left that day with a treatment plan in place to address thyroid and other areas that did not look great. I strongly recommend True Phoenix.
