I love all their products, especially the Skin Essentials Radiant C Cream. The atmosphere is very cozy with a very welcoming staff. It's the best Compound Pharmacy in Albuquerque!

Tom White is a genius and understands pharmaceuticals well. He also has a firm grasp on natural medicine and truly cares about his patients. Reading a few bad reviews has me absolutely appalled by what is reported. These reviews include information that’s absolutely not true and make me wonder if an attack campaign is going on with false accounts and/or people who have never sought services here. I have been a patient for five years. I was referred by my neighbor and also by my best friend’s mother. His approach to BHRT is flat out fantastic. Bio identical hormone replacement therapy changed things for me in a big way. I have referred dozens of people to him and the pharmacy. You pay on a yearly basis for his services. That amount is about the same as seeing any provider without insurance, ONCE, yet he’s available without charge the rest of the year. Once he makes suggestions, you purchase prescriptions and supplements from the pharmacy. However, he completely understands if you purchase suggested supplements elsewhere, if budget is an issue. He has every patient do lab work and then bases their treatment off of that and symptoms. They are busy, but Liz at the front desk is organized and kind. She will make an appointment for you with Tom anytime you ask. It might not be in 15 minutes or that day, but you will get an appointment. Anthony, a pharmacist is more than helpful with quick questions. Tom’s wife and everyone else who works here have never been anything but kind and helpful. I’m so very thankful this local, small, business is available while it becomes more and more difficult for independent businesses to survive under oppressive policies aimed at wiping them out. This is a true gem of healing in Albuquerque where it is incredibly difficult to find holistic care.

I don't feel I'm being taken seriously at this clinic. First, I ran out of hormone drops due to different container and having to cut tops off to get anything out. Lost most of it. I am not able to get at least one months because I DON'T HAVE A RENEWAL! I'M NOT ASKING FOR A RENEWAL. I JUST WANT WHAT I LOST. I am losing my mind and office staff keep telling me different things like yes, your going to get a new prescription and it will go out on Monday. On Monday I am told that no, it hasn't been approved yet. I

This pharmacy and wellness center has you pay a large annual fee to see the pharmacist. Then you need to get several labs done. After the visit, he tries to sell you several prescriptions and supplements. Once you have the first visit, it can be very difficult to contact him. I do not think he is all there. All I know is that this was a very expensive experience. His girl friend works there. Her behavior is atrocious. The place has disciplinary actions against it by the Board of Pharmacy. They had problems with misbranding, expired products, storage issues, licensing, etc. Maybe that explains why things did not work out.

Tom does all the blood work your primary is not allowed to do due to this countries healthcare system. Tom then takes all this info to help you feel better. My primary and endo Dr's were just guessing. Tom's give you a plan for a better life. My wife and I both go here and couldn't be happier.
