Vega Vitality MedSpa & Wellness in Boston is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome, informed, and completely taken care of. The providers are incredibly skilled and take the time to explain every step of the treatment so you feel confident and comfortable. The results I received were natural, noticeable, and exactly what I was hoping for. The med spa itself is spotless, modern, and very relaxing, which made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend Vega Vitality for anyone in Boston looking for top-tier aesthetic and wellness treatments. Their expertise, professionalism, and personalized care make them one of the best med spas in the city. I will definitely be returning for future treatments.

I have gone to Vega for years, since they were only in the back bay, and I will never leave. I would not trust anyone else with my face/injectables. Yes, excellent care is expensive, but why on earth would you risk vascular occlusion or terrible results just to save a few bucks? And that being said, the girls at Vega wk NEVER try to sell you on something you don’t need. A few years ago I inquired about HALO treatments, and Ashley (the owner) truthfully told me I didn’t need them yet. A few weeks ago, I had an updated consultation with Tina, and besides one procedure I already determined I wanted, she agreed that I did not need to add anything else to my yearly routine- and let’s be clear, that routine consists of tiny amounts of Botox (technically under their minimum unit amount), one microneedling, one MOXI, and one PRF per year. They’re not making bank on me needing filler top up or 30 units of Botox. While all the staff are amazing, I will always send people immediately to Tina and Chantal.

Allie was absolutely amazing! She worked with me and my concerns about my sensitive skin to prepare for a facial prior to my wedding! Will absolutely be coming back to her again!
