VillageRx Pharmacy

Village RX is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. They fill prescriptions fast, and offer delivery services right to your home! I have walked in on short notice. Never had to wait longer than 15 mins to have several prescriptions filled. Parking is a breeze and you won't have to walk long distances to get into the store. I've used the big chain pharmacies in the past and Village RX surpasses them all. I made the decision to use Village RX almost a year ago, and have never been disappointed. Great location and a truly great staff that is extremely knowledgeable. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars.

I had a really unfortunate interaction with the owner. I've been a customer of theirs for a few months and found the service great. Honestly, wonderful. There was a minor confusion in my most recent order and when I called to provide some feedback the owner was combative and dismissive. I was first called by an employee to confirm that one of my medications would be more expensive than usual, as it wouldn't be covered by insurance. I authorized the order because, hey, need the medication. I called a day or two later to ask if there had been any specific reason the insurers rejected it, a code or something so I could figure out a solution, I couldn't afford to pay that much every month. I was told that it was from a different manufacturer, that the insurance DID cover the medication but not from the source they used. This was related to a general manufacturer shortage, which I understand. I was told for more info I'd have to call back on Tuesday, today. Today I spoke to the owner to provide the feedback that, had I been told that the medication was covered generally, but not from the particular manufacturer, I would have probably tried to get it somewhere else, as it was very expensive. I said I did not want a refund or anything, just to provide feedback. The conversation was 11 minutes long so I won't try to represent the whole thing, but she continued to argue with me about my experience, that I was either misrepresenting things, was wrong, or was unable to understand what had happened. I swore once at the end, which was wrong of me, but her continual rejection of my description of my own experience was very frustrating. Honestly, if in the first minute of the call she had said "Thank you for the feedback, we'll consider that in the future" I would have felt heard and been happy. It doesn't seem that the owner is willing to listen seriously to customers issues, which sucks because the service is really good, and I was legit trying to make it the smallest bit better with my feedback. She has opted to drop me as a customer, which I understand, but I do think it's pretty messed up to not fill the prescription that they would have delivered two days from now. Let's hope I can get my doctor on the phone before I'm out.

I’ve had consistently excellent experiences at this pharmacy. Whether I’m picking up a prescription or asking a quick question, they’re always friendly, patient, and willing to offer guidance. I genuinely appreciate the reliability and kindness I receive every time I visit. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

This pharmacy is the best. The staff is fantastic! They are attentive and treat you like they’ve known you for years. I appreciate their willingness to always accommodate and return correspondence. They delivered my medications when I was unable to drive. I highly recommend Village RX and staff!
