. Only issue is packaging by time my medication makes it to me the ice pack in side is thawed out and it’s warm . This medication is suppose to stay at a certain temperature . Would love it if they change packaging to a foam cooler with couple ice packs in it . Thanks if it stays like it is I’ll have to switch back to my other pharmacy
I am so glad I finally switched compounding pharmacies to Vios!! Not only is the customer service outstanding, but their service is so quick. I am absolutely amazed! The last compounding pharmacy that I used would take a week and a half to two weeks to get my product, not here, I literally have my prescription within 48 hours of ordering, I want to take the time to say thank you to each and every one of you for your outstanding service!!
I am taking tirzipide. I have received it from this pharmacy two months now. The first month it was warm when it should have been cold because it took a long time to get to me. The second month I am taking now is not controlling my appetite. The pharmacy I was using before couldn’t handle the demand. I am very disappointed in this pharmacy.
I want to start by saying the customer service was ok, no one was outwardly rude or mean but because I have been in unbearable pain waiting on this medication and it took so long and ultimately ended in me having to cancel and get a refund I give 1 star. I have never used them either, the last time I needed this medication it was much simpler to get. I gave birth 2 weeks ago and unfortunately despite my and lactation efforts I have cracked nipples and nipple pain. Most days between feeds I’m at 6/10 but when nursing it’s a 10/10 is like shards of glass through my breast. Yea that’s a lot but I feel this needs to be said. The cream I was prescribed would help with pain and has some antibiotic to help prevent mastitis (I’ve used with my first and was able to get it in a 1 day turnaround). They got my prescription last week on 3/27. I got a call confirming it 3/28 and I thought they said it would be done the next day, I was going to pay with insurance and they did advise me that most wouldn’t cover it. Turns out mine does not, so I just stopped in on Monday to pay and get the med. turns out they apparently don’t make it until you pay. I was visibly sad about this because again I’m in constant pain but they said it should be ready the next day and they would call. I paid and left. I never received a call so on 4/2 I called. It was still not ready but I got the same message it should be ready tomorrow. It is 4/4 now I called to cancel my order and get a refund because guess what it’s still not ready but today I was told they were missing an ingredient and that’s what the delay was. Cool, but that was never relayed to me not even once. If it had been I would have switched pharmacies much sooner. The lack of communication while I’ve been in significant pain is just too frustrating for me. And it’s not for lack of trying if I’m reaching out multiple times it could have been relayed to me that the supplies were not there. Like I said initially no one was mean but damn like I know I looked like hell when I came in Monday for goodness sakes I cried because it wasn’t ready. Like if things aren’t going to be ready just say that. But now I’m still in pain and probably am developing mastitis because the pain is spreading. This was long but ultimately I would not go here if you have a time sensitive need.
I just opened a new bottle of my medication, which isn’t cheap and it looked a little low…I counted and I only received half of the pills I was prescribed and paid for. Completely unacceptable, that kind of error should never happen.
