First time using their services thru Mochi, not by choice, and it is taking forever, tomorrow is the last day for them to ship based on Mochi policy and she said it was not going to be until early next week.... so it won't be within time frame of what I was promised. I am out of my medication and they don't care. I hope they allow me to used the last provider again.
I’ve had such a great experience with VLS Pharmacy. Every member of the team I’ve spoken with has been incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. Giovanna is amazing, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I need! It’s always a smooth, reassuring experience, and that means a lot!
They don’t respect their store hours. I planned to get medicine before 7pm (their indicated closing time). I got there at least by 6:45 (if not earlier), and they had already locked the doors. I find this utterly disrespectful to customers who trust what they claim to be their store hours and plan accordingly. Update: I made this comment on Friday. It was a beautiful sunny summer day. Flush flood had been the day before (07/31), so we are not talking about the same day pointed out in the response. Also, I may add that at one point someone opened the side door, I asked them why the main door was closed and they couldn’t come up with a better excuse so closing the door on my face was a better plan. This is still a 2 star review, should be 1 given the response I received.
Meh. I've used this pharmacy before and while I thought it was a bit disorganized at the time I didn't take issue then as I am rarely prescribed drugs or need refills. That said, I had a new prescription sent to VLS from my Doctor last week. I didn't need it right away so I came in today to pick it up. The man helping customers told me to fill out a form and come back in 45 minutes. He didn't bother to check to see if it was ready or anything, even when I asked. He was an older gentleman and seemed to be having a hard time just managing the tasks at hand, yet alone answer any questions. I live nearby, so I went home rather than push the topic further. In about two hours I called to see if it was ready. I was told that they didn't have enough in stock and they had to order more. Should be ready in a day or so. Confusing, since the script was sent to them 5 days ago. They never bothered reaching out to me at any point during the process themselves. Glad I didn't come back in 45m like I was told to do. Just disorganized, poor customer service, and not very knowledgeable about their own business practices. I am transferring my script to a delivery service. Too bad, and just sad really. I wanted to patronize a local business that wasn't a corporate chain. But incompetence from a healthcare provider just isn't good for my health. Unless you are stopping in to buy an OTC just keep walking.
I am most impressed with the experience and customer service of the compounding team. Extremely courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and customer-centric. I always receive everything on time. Thanks for doing a great job!
