West Palm Pharmacy is suchba great place when it come to your health care needs and see professionalism at it's best! Sal and Stacy, are so are amazing. They treat you like family and go above and beyond when it comes to their unique customer service. The staff members know you by name and are truly great people that carry a positive vibe that makes visiting the pharmacy such a great experience. The owners and staff truly go above and beyond to make your trip worth it all. I recommend West Palm Pharmacy, to anyone who want all their pharmaceutical needs taken care of with great service and a smile.

Absolutely the BEST pharmacy, ever! Sal, Stacy, Adriana, Reina and the rest of the team truly define and exemplify what and how an authentic neighborhood pharmacy looks like: Where you are treated as family; where they stay open an extra 20mins - just because you mentioned you were going out of town; where you can call and speak with a person, not a robot and not placed on hold; where they give you their undivided attention and when asked how you are doing, they actually mean it, care and listen, in this day and age is a rare blessing; And when you’re in a rush you can be in and out in 3 mins. I can go on and on….But I’d rather you come experience it for yourself. So if you are in search for a new pharmacy, with the utmost confidence, I recommend you come see Sal and his team, and become part of the growing family as well.

Every month I have to follow up several times to get my prescription. Even then I have not received them on time consistently. If you want your time sensitive medication on time then please choose a different pharmacy. This pharmacy is unorganized and have dropped the ball on me for the last time. After giving them the benefit of the doubt for the last several months, shame on me, I will not be using them again.
