White's Pharmacy

I've been exceedingly pleased with my experience at White's Pharmacy, which is a privately owned pharmacy, in Columbus, Ohio.Their service is second to none. After experiencing rude and incompetent service for many years, by the various chain pharmacies in Columbus, Ohio (I won't name them, since you probably know who they are), I finally discovered White's Pharmacy, which is a privately owned pharmacy. Years ago, there used to be many privately owned pharmacies all over the USA. Today, they are unfortunately, a vanishing breed. First of all, in many cases with those chain stores, it is not always possible to get a live person on the phone. Even if one does get a live person, I've experienced rude and incompetent personnel. Also, they don't always stock the medications which one needs, and a wait of several days ensues. I've not experienced those problems with White's, as a live person always answers the phone, and are very courteous, competent, and professional. Also, pertaining to the chain store pharmacies (incidentally, several have closed in close proximity to where I live), in example, in order to receive a Flu vaccine, a Covid vaccine, a Pneumonia vaccine, a Shingles vaccine, etc., one had to deal with a lot of red tape, and and obnoxious pharmacy assistants. One was lucky if they could even get an actual Pharmacist to administer the vaccine. Fortunately, that is not the case with White's, where I received a vaccine, with dignity and respect, and hardly had to wait at all, to receive the vaccine. Also, the medications which have been prescribed are always expeditiously and correctly filled, and are even (upon request), delivered. In conclusion, White's Pharmacy reminds me of the friendly and personal service, which I used to experience from my neighborhood pharmacy, years ago. I am very, very appreciative of White's outstanding service!!

Top notch! Friendly, personal, and knowledgeable staff who are a pleasure to work with, and who know their customers and their medications. White's nearly always has prescriptions ready on-time and in the rare circumstance of a delay, are transparent about the reasons. I am rarely in the store more than five minutes, making our time investment comparable or better than corporate pharmacies, where waiting in line is the norm. Independent pharmacies are an increasingly rare thing, but White's demonstrates their value. If you find your pharmacy visits a chore, give these folks a try.

I very highly recommend White's Pharmacy. White's is an independent pharmacy. I grew up with these types of independent pharmacies. The staff is very knowable, friendly, and mature and goes out of their way to service their clients. White's is far more than a place to fill your prescription. Whites could be your source for all hard-to-find items and durable medical goods needs, wheelchairs, crutches, and walkers. Buy or rent, and they work with all insurance plans. White's stocks a wide range of bandages, dressings or almost anything your medical needs require. Pharmacists are a joy, and if they can save you money, they do. The balance of the staff is very knowledgeable and anxious to help you. White's is a Hallmark store with cards and Christmas Ornaments. Whites also do prescription deliveries. If you are looking for an old-school pharmacy for your medical needs without all the add-ons, give White's a try.

This is an amazing trip on how pharmacy was. White pharmacy is a community icon and so beautiful with its display of old pharmaceutical items since it was opened. The service is so personal. It's like being home again.

What sweet ladies in this store!! They helped measure my 6ft tall son for crutches and helped him find a snack. Their help made his day bc otherwise we couldn't get crutches and he'd struggle at school.
