Willowbrook Pharmacy

Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a compounding pharmacy in Indiana. It has taken 2 weeks to get a simple script, over 5 phone calls, horrible service on the phone (one employee hung up when I was asking her questions). Avoid this place at all costs.

Good fast service and it doesn’t take them that long to ship your your prescription to you!

I now get my birth control here after being told by CVS it would be $120 a month. I fill 3 months at a time for half of what a month would cost me elsewhere. I was able to go on auto refill and have it arrive in my mailbox right on time, every three months. So easy. Highly suggest.

I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with Willowbrook has been great and I wanted to share. They do have an automated refill program for the phone, but I often need assistance from a live person. The wait is usually zero minutes or very short and the person that answers (varies) has always been over the top nice! They text you when it's ready and the pickup is easy.

Stopped in right after a doctor's appointment a couple of blocks away. Willowbrook Pharmacy hadn't yet received the electronic prescription. Within a minute or so, it arrived and was filled immediately. The customer service/technician was helpful, courteous, friendly and efficient. I was in and out within five minutes. I was so impressed and thankful for their quick service!
