Excellent patient-centered care by Serg at Zikam Phamacy. Professional, courteous and helpful, Serg went the extra mile to expedite a special prescription.

Not informative when you pick up meds. Pharmacist actually tried to make a real bet with me. As for the compound? I had much much better success with a different compound pharmacy at a lower dose. Will be switching pharmacies my next refil.

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! Isaac, the pharmacist I spoke with for clarification about my prescription, could not have been nicer or more willing to educate me per my request. Being a nurse of 30 years, I can appreciate his professionalism & willingness to help a fellow colleague with advanced medical knowledge and a few additional questions on a medication. I can report that he does know what he’s talking about & that gives me great comfort & confidence in my new Favorite, local Drive-Thru Pharmacy, Zikam!

I was there a few months ago to have a new prescription filled I waited in line. I was never acknowledged, after waiting pharmacist advised me that he would have to verify my insurance for payment authorization . Which was not a problem he asked me to come back in about 30 minutes to an hour to give him time to process it. I came back Maybe an hour and a half later, I waited again for about another 15 minutes for him. At that time, the pharmacist stated he didn’t have time that day, and I needed to go to another pharmacy, Because he was too busy, needless to say I went to the same Location in Cibilo and they took care of it. I had to pay for my medication which was not a problem, but they were efficient, kind and answered all questions that I had about the new prescription.
